Soak the anjeer/figs in hot water for at least 30 minutes, then process them in a food processor.
Chop dates, and plums/apricots into small pieces.
Roughly chop the mixed dry fruits (cashew, almonds, walnuts).
In a pan, dry roast the roughly chopped mixed dry fruits (cashew, almonds, walnuts), pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and khus khus until lightly toasted. Set aside.
Dry roast makhana/foxnuts until crunchy, allow it to cool, and grind in a food processor.
Heat 2 tsp of ghee in a pan.
Add figs paste and cook until the water evaporates. Then, add in dates and plums/apricots to the pan. Cook on low heat until the fruits become soft and mushy.
Add the chopped mixed dry fruits, makhana, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, khus khus to the pan. Mix thoroughly.
Transfer the mixture to a greased tray or plate and press it down evenly.
Melt the white chocolate chips either in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Pour the melted white chocolate onto the set tray and spread it evenly.
Place the tray in the refrigerator for a few hours to set the burfi.
Once set, cut the burfi into desired pieces.
Your no-sugar burfi is ready to be enjoyed as a healthier alternative to traditional sweets! Adjust the quantities of ingredients according to your taste preferences.
Optionally, you can skip the chocolate part and enjoy the burfi as is.
