  • 1 Cast Iron pan 12 inch

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 Cups Dates
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Neutral oil melted extra virgin coconut oil can be substituted
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Bajra/Pearl millet flour
  • 1/4 cup Almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 12-inch cast iron pan with cooking spray or coconut oil.
  • Soak the dates in water for 15 to 20 min until softened
  • In a food processor, pulse the pitted dates until they form a paste.
  • Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and Neutral oil to the food processor and blend until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, Almond flour, Bajra flour, salt, and baking soda.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the food processor and blend until fully combined.
  • Fold in 1/2 cup of semisweet chocolate chips and chopped walnuts coated in 1tsp bajra flour.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  • sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top. tap the pan 2-3 times to get the air out.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the brownies cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
