Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 12-inch cast iron pan with cooking spray or coconut oil.
Soak the dates in water for 15 to 20 min until softened
In a food processor, pulse the pitted dates until they form a paste.
Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and Neutral oil to the food processor and blend until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, Almond flour, Bajra flour, salt, and baking soda.
Add the dry ingredients to the food processor and blend until fully combined.
Fold in 1/2 cup of semisweet chocolate chips and chopped walnuts coated in 1tsp bajra flour.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top. tap the pan 2-3 times to get the air out.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
