Instructions
Wash, peel, and remove the pits from the ripe mangoes. Cut them into chunks.
In a blender, add the mango chunks, milk, jaggery or sugar, and cardamom powder.
Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth and creamy mixture. Taste and adjust the sweetness and cardamom flavor as needed.
If the milkshake is too thick, you can add a bit more milk to achieve your desired consistency. Blend again briefly to incorporate the additional milk.
Once the mango milkshake is well blended and smooth, pour it into glasses.
You can garnish the milkshake with a sprinkle of cardamom powder or some mango chunks if you'd like.
Serve the mango milkshake immediately while it's fresh and chilled.
