Strawberry Milkshake
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh strawberries hulled and washed
- 4-5 Medjool dates pitted
- 1 and 1/2 cups milk you can use dairy milk or plant-based milk of your choice
- 2 ripe bananas peeled and sliced

- Prepare the strawberries by removing the green stems and washing them thoroughly. If they are large, you can cut them into halves or quarters for easier blending.
- Pit the Medjool dates to remove the seeds.
