  • 2 medium-sized beetroots peeled and grated
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1-2 green chili chopped
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped for garnish

  • In a bowl, Add the grated beetroot,salt, green chili, sugar, coriander leaves and mix well until everything is combined.
  • Add the mixture to the yogurt mix well.
  • let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes.
