Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Foxnuts or Makhana
  • 8 - 10 Almonds
  • 8 - 10 Cashews
  • 2 whole cardamom pods
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 tbsp jaggery adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, dry roast the foxnuts (Makhana) until they become crisp and light brown. Set them aside to cool.
  • In a bowl, soak the almonds and cashews overnight or for 15 minutes in hot water. Remove the skin from the almonds.
  • Crush the cardamom pods and remove the seeds. Grind the seeds into a fine powder.
  • In a blender, combine the roasted foxnuts, almonds, cashews, cardamom powder, ripe banana, milk, and jaggery.
  • Blend everything together until you have a smooth and creamy milkshake.
  • Taste the milkshake and adjust the sweetness with more jaggery if needed.
  • Pour the fox nuts milkshake into glasses, chill if desired, and serve. Enjoy!
