- 1 cup Foxnuts or Makhana
- 8 - 10 Almonds
- 8 - 10 Cashews
- 2 whole cardamom pods
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 tbsp jaggery adjust to taste
In a pan, dry roast the foxnuts (Makhana) until they become crisp and light brown. Set them aside to cool.
In a bowl, soak the almonds and cashews overnight or for 15 minutes in hot water. Remove the skin from the almonds.
Crush the cardamom pods and remove the seeds. Grind the seeds into a fine powder.
In a blender, combine the roasted foxnuts, almonds, cashews, cardamom powder, ripe banana, milk, and jaggery.
Blend everything together until you have a smooth and creamy milkshake.
Taste the milkshake and adjust the sweetness with more jaggery if needed.
Pour the fox nuts milkshake into glasses, chill if desired, and serve. Enjoy!
